Psychological Therapy
At my practice, I provide down-to-earth, compassionate support for kids, teens, and adults. I focus on understanding your needs and use an evidence-based approach to support you with your concerns and challenges. Whether you’re working through a difficulty, wanting to grow, or just need someone to talk to, we’ll work together in a way that feels right for you. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can focus on what matters most.

She also offers peer supervision for counsellors and other professionals working in the mental health field.

When & How We See You
Katie is available on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Face-to-face appointments are held in St Ives.
Telehealth sessions are also offered. You’ll receive a secure link before your appointment.
Session frequency will be discussed at your first appointment and may change over time. Many clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, then transition to fortnightly or monthly as they progress. Some prefer to continue with regular sessions for ongoing support.
