Katie offers compassionate support for young people and adults. She takes the time to understand what is going on and get to know each person’s unique experiences. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, she aims to balance reflection, insight and practical strategies. Katie works collaboratively with clients to better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and make changes that feel important to them. She values creating a space where people feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
